1. Product Quality & Suta Grading

All makhana supplied by Amul Ratan Makhana is graded according to standard Suta specifications (3 Suta to 6+ Suta) and moisture standards. Inspection can be conducted before dispatch from our Darbhanga warehouse.

2. Dispatch & Logistics

Shipments are handled via Indian Railways Parcel, recognized logistics transporters (TCI, V-Trans, Safexpress, Delhivery), or dedicated full truckloads based on buyer preference and order volume.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms for wholesale shipments are confirmed pro-forma at the time of quotation and invoice generation. Direct bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) and official invoices are provided for all commercial transactions.
